Do you offer a guarantee?

Your satisfaction with our service is GUARANTEED. If you are dissatisfied FOR ANY REASON, you can receive a full and complete refund (including setup fee) within the first three-days of signing up.

Do I get an email account?

Each user receives up to 5 email addresses. You can use these for various members of your family or for whatever purpose you choose. Each mailbox is allocated 20MB of disk space.
